Each carrier offers many different plans, each with its own benefits and limitations. Therefore, even if Phelps participates with your insurance company, it is not a guarantee that your specific plan will cover your care. The best way to find out if your plan will cover care provided at Phelps is to contact your insurer directly.
Phelps Medical Associates appreciates payment of balances due within 21 days of the statement date.

Payment plans are available to provide patients and family members with a flexible, interest-free payment option, which will allow you to pay your bill over a period of time. Patients are required to sign an agreement outlining their monthly payment obligations. For assistance in setting up a payment plan please call our office at (914) 269-1750.
We understand that sometimes patients do not have the financial resources or insurance coverage to pay for their care. Phelps offers Charity Care to those who qualify. Applications for Charity Care are available at the time of registration or by contacting one of our Financial Counselors at (914) 366-3133.
