VP of Service Lines and Physician Practices

Tracy focuses on the continued development and growth of our clinical service lines in an effort to provide a wide breadth of care options to our community. She works with members of the Senior Leadership team to identify gaps in care as well as improve efficiency, integration and access to all of our clinical services.

Tracy has over 20 years of administrative experience in the healthcare environment. She was most recently the AVP for Northwell Health’s Strategic Ventures team where she developed multiple joint venture entities as an alternative business model for the system. Prior to that she was the Senior Administrative Director for Lenox Hill Hospital and Lenox Health Greenwich Village’s Emergency Departments. Before joining Northwell in 2011, she held multiple administrative roles in the New York Presbyterian System that focused on quality, patient and staff satisfaction, research and education, information technology and project management.

Tracy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York, College at Fredonia. She went on to complete a Master of Science in School Psychology at the College of New Rochelle and a Doctorate in Health Administration at the University of Phoenix. She also completed a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at the University of Massachusetts. Currently, Tracy is very involved in Northwell’s Center for Learning and Innovation where she serves as a facilitator at Beginnings Orientation and teaches classes in Leadership Communication.

Tracy is also an adjunct Assistant Professor at the New York Medical College, School of Health Sciences and Practices, where she teaches in the Doctoral Program for Public Health.
