Jill M. Scibilia, CFRE is VP Development at Phelps Hospital, where she leads fund development efforts for the Hospital to advance its ability to provide the community with exceptional, patient-centered healthcare. Jill also oversees Phelps volunteer program and serves as liaison to the Phelps Auxiliary.
Jill joined Phelps Hospital from the Girl Scouts of Greater New York where she served for 15 years, most recently as the SVP, Philanthropy & External Relations. Her previous experience includes working as a corporate event manager for Marcus Evans, at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America as national staff for Lutheran Student Movement-USA, and at the Chicago Women’s AIDS Project as a stipended-volunteer through Lutheran Volunteer Corps.
Jill is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and serves on the board and executive committee of the Association of Fundraising Professionals-NYC Chapter. She is a former board member of Seafarers International House and continues to serve on its development and governance committees. Jill has a B.A. in Anthropology from The American University in Washington, D.C.
