A Free Membership Program for People 55+
Welcome
Today more than ever before, seniors are taking active roles in managing their health through education and preventive care. As a result, people are living longer; and most significantly, their later years are more active and productive than experienced by any previous generation.
At Phelps, we recognize this exciting trend and are pleased to go beyond our historical role of caring for people only when they are ill. We are committed to assisting seniors in our community to achieve their goals for better health.
Phelps Senior Privilege is a special membership program that offers benefits designed to enhance your life and health in various ways. We invite you to join Phelps Senior Privilege and give us the privilege of making your life better.
Phelps Senior Privilege is Directed by:
Cathryn A. J. Devons, M.D.
Beverly Knox, R.N.
Susan Alvado, R.N.
William Reifer, C.S.W.
Dr. Devons is Director of Geriatric Services at Phelps and Assistant Professor of Geriatric Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She was a contributing author to The Practical Guide to Aging, in which she offers the following advice: "Get started now. It is never too early nor too late to make changes that can improve the quality of your later years."
Membership
Phelps Senior Privilege offers services, programs and benefits to people who are 55 years old and over. Members are invited to voluntarily participate in whatever programs suit their interests or needs.
There is no cost to become a member. Just complete the enrollment form and return it with the postage-paid self-mailer. You will receive an information and membership packet within three weeks. It’s that simple.
