Senior Health Consultation Service

The Senior Health Consultation Service offers a comprehensive geriatric assessment focusing on the person as a whole.. Patients receive an expert, truly thorough examination and assessment. Written consultation and test results are provided so that they cam be shared with your primary care physician. Continuity of care remains with your primary physician. If you do not have a primary physician or need a specialist, referral will be made to one of the excellent physicians on the Phelps Medical Staff.

Medicare or other insurance is accepted on assignment as full reimbursement.

Memory Loss Evaluation

Phelps Memory Loss Program is a comprehensive assessment program for older individuals concerned about memory loss. Evaluation by a geriatrician is followed by in-depth memory testing by a neuropsychologist. Medical and psychological treatment is accompanied by referral to appropriate support services.
