A series of six workshops designed to help seniors manage their chronic health problems. Developed at Stanford University’s School of Medicine, Living Well is co-sponsored by the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services, Northwest Livable Communities and Westchester Community College.
This six-week program begins Wednesday, October 1 from 10 am – 12:30 pm and continues on October 8, 5, 22, 29 and November 5.
Registration is required. To register, call Ellen Woods at 914-366-3937.
