The Childbirth – Experience/LaMaze Method

5-6 week sessions on Wednesday evenings or Weekend Sessions

This series of classes is designed to cover all aspects of the childbirth experience. We offer information on the following topics: pregnancy, labor, delivery, caesarean section, the newborn, and the techniques of Lamaze childbirth preparation – including exercise, relaxation, breathing, and pharmacologic pain management. Tour and childbirth films are included.

Taught by Certified Childbirth Educators on the Phelps Birthing Center nursing staff.

$170 per couple

Wednesday evenings, 7:30-9:30 pm for 5-6 weeks. Weeknight Lamaze Classes are scheduled to begin on the following 2013 dates:

Weekend Session:
2nd weekend of each month: Sat & Sun, 10 am – 3 pm
